Here's some strategies and skills I've been practicing

Dig,Set,Spike,Overhand-The main skills that I use to make a strategy up and use the strategy speaking of strategy

Another thing "Strategy"

A lot of strategies can be formed with the Dig,Set and Spike

Like:

Set,Set and Spike
Dig,Set and Spike
Set and Spike
Dig and Spike
Block,Set and Spike-more than that but learning more.

Another thing is Identifying Enemy Team attacking and Defensive Strategies.

Mostly the attacking has the upper hand because of how and what the strategy that the team is using either attacking or defence but its what the strength that you hold inside the hands.

Call outs
Rules & Regulation
Penalties

Its what I would know since its my 2nd favourite🏀🏐🎧🎮

P.E Gymnastics recap🤨

Hey bloggers I'm back for a update about gymnastics✌️👌😁😎

So the stations I went on were the:

Far & close vault
Mini tramp
Thin Beam
Floor

It was fun to get back into gymnastic its been quite awhile since then doing gymnastics.
Its glad to be back into gymnastics

Each station had 5 minutes to do what we can do.

Front flips
Back flips
Handstand
Jump over
Walk back and forward
360 turn

And mostly its fun than a competition

This is the work i'm doing right now working on it for Matariki just putting the final touch on it
